1. How long does it take to process an order?
Placed order(s) are accepted within 24 hours. And it takes 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
2. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number using which you can check the status of your order.
If you haven’t received any email notification for your order within 3 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
3. How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
4. How to change the delivery address?
Delivery address of placed order can be changed only if the item is not shipped. If the order is shipped we cannot change the delivery address.
5. Can I cancel the placed order?
We accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
6. Received a damaged order.
If the delivered item is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel is delivered without you being present, please contact customer service or write to us at email@example.com
7. Transit time for the shipment?
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days.
